ABC’s of Basic Bike Maintenance for Women Taught by Women!

  Ladies! Do you know what maintenance you can easily do yourself, what to do before hopping on the saddle, or  what to pack in your saddlebag (well, other than phone and food!).  Where does one even learn about this stuff?!

Search no more!  She Rides Seacoast, the group of women bicycling enthusiasts in the Seacoas and commuteSMARTseacoast have put together a fun event for women, taught by women.  Jen Murphy and Jessie Duppler, both avid bike commuters and racers, will lead this hands-on workshop to answer these questions and more!  They will give special attention to the ABC’s of Basic Maintenance (air, brakes, chain).

Empowering and encouraging women to bicycle…that’s what it’s all about.
