To make it more fun, SABR and CommuteSMART Seacoast are hosting a photo contest.  We’ll be awarding three $25 gift certificates to Portsmouth a la Carte for the best photo in these categories: Most Creative, Most Gnarly and Most Inspiring.  The panel of judges include Karen Saltus, Dave Allen and Anne Rugg.
